Tips

· You will find a few days you can have leftovers

· I cooked most of the chicken ahead to use in: chicken salad, alfredo, sweet and sour chicken, and stir fry

· I served coffee, hot tea, water and fruit juice with breakfast. Coffee, tea, water, koolaid or lemonade with lunch. Coffee, tea, water, and iced tea for dinner.

· I brought crystal light lemonade, koolaid packets and nestea instant iced tea with me.

· I let whoever was cooking that day decide which fruits and veggies to serve. Each night I just took note of what we had for produce. The lady who will help with cooking can go to the market any day and get more produce. You also will get food given to you on Sundays at church.
